Standard shipping: $7.95 (3–5 business days)
Expedited shipping: $19.95 (2 business days)
Free shipping: Orders over $100

Order processing

• Plain items: ship next business day
• Decorated items: ship in 7–10 business days

We ship via USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground. Tracking is sent automatically when your order leaves the shop.

We currently ship to the US only.

Returns

Plain items: 30 days from delivery. Item must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags. Full refund to original payment.

Decorated items: Final sale, no returns. 

To start a return or exchange

1. Reply to your order confirmation email, or
2. Sign into your account → Order History → Request return
3. We’ll email a prepaid return label
4. Drop the package at any USPS or UPS location

Refunds typically post in 5–7 business days after we receive the return.

Defects & errors

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, decoration error, or wrong item, email 7to7merch@segenthner.com with a photo and your order number within 30 days. We’ll replace it at no charge.
