Each product page has a brand-specific size chart — FIGS, Wink, and Jaanuu all run a little differently, and our 7to7 branded apparel runs true to size. If you're between sizes, our team usually recommends sizing up for scrubs and staying true for polos and tees. Still unsure? Email us and we'll make a recommendation based on what you've worn before.
Yes — most decorated items let you add your name (up to 24 characters) and credentials (DDS, RDH, EFDA, etc.) at checkout. Decoration is included in the listed price for our 7to7 branded apparel; for FIGS, Wink, and Jaanuu, embroidery is an optional add-on.
Decorated orders ship within 7–10 business days from our shop. Plain items (undecorated scrubs) ship the next business day. You'll get tracking by email the moment your order leaves us.
Plain items can be returned within 30 days unworn with tags. Decorated items are final sale, but we offer one free size exchange within 14 days as long as it's unworn. Just reply to your order confirmation email and we'll send a return label.
Both. Your default shipping address is the clinic you work at, but you can switch to a home address (or any address) at checkout. Save multiple addresses to your account so you can pick the right one each time.
